1. The location is great. 2. The staff are nice and helpful. 3. The lobby and reception area are neat and clean. 1. The washrooms are poor and the lighting is bad. 2. Things in the room appear old and worn. 3. The bedspread and quilts are old. 4. There is a huge scope for improvement, especially since the location is amazing.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the hospitality was a major letdown. The staff seemed completely uninterested in making sure we had a good time, and it really felt like they were just going through the motions. Despite this, the hotel itself is actually a great place to stay in Gulmarg.

The location of this hotel is definitely one of its best features, but unfortunately, that's where it ends. The rooms are tiny, the breakfast and dinner options are limited, and the value just isn't there. I'd say it's not worth the money, and there are definitely better options out there.
