The road to the hotel was awful; the rooms were large but bugs kept coming, hygiene was lacking—probably due to short staff—and the swimming pool had dirty water, making it unusable; there was nothing for kids to do, yet the staff were good, though only two of them.

Overall, it was a great experience; the rooms were huge and very appealing to children, Vinod the caretaker was helpful and quick to meet all our needs, and I’d recommend it and plan to visit again, rating 9.0/10.

The towels, curtains, and other basic utilities were ripped and messy, making the place feel unclean.

The experience was unforgettable—first snowfall, an incredible view, and a must-visit spot on anyone’s bucket list. BP made our stay extra special, guiding us through the woods, lighting the fireplace for dinner, and serving amazing food; he treated us like family. This place is indescribably wonderful and we’ll definitely return. ❤️
