We received an upgrade, and although early check‑in wasn’t guaranteed, the staff tried to accommodate us. Still, the 3 PM check‑in policy left us uneasy after a long flight, and being told the hotel was fully booked seemed illogical when earlier guests had already checked out.

Every day there’s water and fruit in the room, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good. The U‑Bahn station is directly in front of the hotel, but there’s no view from the room.

The place was spotless and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The metro right outside made getting around a breeze, and the complimentary fresh fruit, chocolates, and bottled water were nice extras. The washbasin outside the shower, however, feels odd and can disturb a partner if one wakes up at night.

The location is perfect for walking, and the metro station is right outside the hotel door.
