The location is good, especially for event‑goers, near the event center, the inn is on a quiet cul‑de‑sac where we even saw kids playing; the kitchen is well equipped with microwave, fridge, utensils; no breakfast but that wasn't a problem. Given the price, it's a good choice for simple, comfortable stays with good value; I'd return with friends, but note that the inn is simpler in décor and furniture, so for a couple on a romantic weekend or special occasion I'd probably pay a bit more for a cozier, more sophisticated place.
