“its a good and modest hotel with big facility”
I skipped breakfast, but a shooting range was right outside the lobby and taxis couldn't get inside to pick me up.

The Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali is an impressive property. It is clean, elegant, and has a genuinely premium appearance. The room was comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the hotel is located in a pleasant area adjoining a golf range. I did not have time to explore all the facilities, but the physical property itself is among the better hotels I have stayed at in the area. Unfortunately, the service does not match the quality of the property. As a guest who does not speak Hindi, I found it extremely difficult to communicate in English with many guest-facing employees. This was particularly noticeable in the restaurant—from the reception desk to the servers and even the chef. Several front-desk employees also struggled to communicate in English. The room-service employee who answered the telephone was a welcome exception. This is an internationally branded hotel that should expect guests from across India and overseas. Employees in guest-facing positions must be able to communicate effectively in English, or an English-speaking colleague should always be readily available. This is ultimately a management, recruitment, and training failure—not something for which individual employees should be blamed. The Wyndham Rewards experience was equally frustrating. The website repeatedly produced errors when I tried to enroll. At check-in, I asked the hotel to enroll me, but I was told it could be done at checkout. At checkout, I was then told that someone else would enroll me later and email the membership number. A day later, I still have not received anything. Enrollment in a loyalty program should take minutes, especially when a frequent international traveler is actively asking to join. In summary: this is a beautiful, clean, premium-looking hotel with considerable potential, but the quality of staffing, communication, training, and basic follow-through falls far below the standard the Wyndham name should represent

The location, ambience, and staff were solid, but the basement parking lot was filthy, smelled horrible, had a waste dump on one side, and the food was half‑eaten—this needs urgent attention.
