The staff were very courteous and helpful, but the hotel sits on the top floors of a big building, so you always have to use the elevator and wait for it to clear. The Wi‑Fi in the room was also spotty.

We had a lovely stay at Roshan Plaza. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The location is convenient and the breakfast was tasty. The value for money is excellent. We definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The staff were nice and always had tea ready, but the bed was very uncomfortable. There were no towels or shower cloths in the bathroom, the building was old and had poor sound insulation, and the breakfast was far from what I expected.
