“Péssima estádia.”

The location was great, but everything else was bad: the room stank, the linens were old, torn, and smelly. The double bed was horrible—its mattress was soft and uncomfortable, while the single bed’s mattress was hard. Old pillows, a bathroom that smelled awful, and an even worse shower odor when it turned on made me feel unsafe.

The spot is very well placed, yet the facilities were terrible: the room was very old, there was no intercom, and the staff would knock on the door when they needed to talk to a guest, ruining privacy. The parking was also awful.

The location and the on‑site restaurant were nice, and the staff at both the lodge and the restaurant were excellent. The downside was that Suite 3 had wall leaks, with paint peeling off in one spot that needs sanding and repainting. Because the air conditioning keeps the room sealed, it’s terrible for people with allergic rhinitis, like my daughter and me.

“Tem potencial mas falta capricho, boa localização.”

The location is fantastic, right on Olinda beach with a beautiful view and restaurants below. The lodge has a cozy rustic style with brick and wood that feels comfortable, and the service is excellent. However, the cleaning fell short and the room itself had issues: the bathroom had a strong sewage smell, no sink mirror, a rusty tap, a dirty floor, and a very dirty window. There was no bath mat to keep the floor dry, and the shower sprayed water everywhere. The blankets were simple and thin. The place has great potential but needs more attention—walls with worn paint. Breakfast was basic and lacked items like cheese bread, French bread or homemade bread, waffles, and yogurt.
