Hi The reason to cancel the booking 1- hotel room were not at all clean firstly all dust 2- the room pillows and bed linen were filghty not changed at all 1-No toiletries provided 2- no water bottles provided 3- chair kept was all fill of dust not cleaned 4- bathroom was not cleaned and floor was slippery 5- no reply on room telephone 6- This type of hotel was no expected from FAB HOTELS. 7- my booking was for 4 nights for 2 rooms And one more booking with 2 rooms for one night. 8- I am very disappointed with this

“Worst”

No problem with the property. I had problem with the staff - particularly the front desk guy. He was so rude like hell. I was with my family and this guy was like I own the place, I can talk however I like to. No greetings, I said hello, he said "ha bolo". POS machine was not working at all, I tried paying through card, used couple of cards of mine any family's but non worked. I, then asked him that I will pay online, that mf idiot said, "main room nahi de paunga fir". One of the worst hotel because of its staff. For breakfast, they ordered online and delivered to the room with one Aalu paratha, a butter bread and one tea at 10.45 AM, we were about to check out and waiting for breakfast since 8 in the morning. Avoid this hotel if you have self-respect. Staff behavior, the front desk guy. No breakfast, just shit. Avoid this shit hotel at any cost, you will find other great hotels in the same price

The stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous. I will definitely return.
