900 metres from the main station, which is great. 150 metres to the parcel locker, also great. The owner is great because he printed us a label. The tax must be paid in person to the owner (no info about extra costs at booking). The Italian breakfast (coffee and croissant at the restaurant next door) requires a ticket from the owner (we didn’t receive tickets, which is a minus because they should be in the room). Room standards are average, I’d say “Italian”. During our absence, the owner walked through the room, and towels were not replaced with new ones. Check‑out was at 11, at 10:59 we were putting on shoes to leave, and the owner was already standing and pushing us out.

“Location good”

Location after I actually found the place. Internet WiFi was excellent. Checking in and communicating was poor. No cups or glasses whatsoever in the room. After I checked out , I personally handed the guy the keys as he was cleaning other rooms. 10 min later he’s ringing me asking where the key is. I explained to him I gave it to you personally 10 mins ago. Very strange. The condition of room does not reflect the pictures on booking dot com however it was cheap !!

The hotel is centrally located in “new” Bergamo, within walking distance of bus 1 that takes you to the airport or the old town. It’s a cozy little place with only four rooms, clean and well kept. Guests can prepare their own breakfast or lunch in a shared kitchen just outside the rooms. The breakfast included in the price was just a cup of coffee and a croissant from a nearby café.

The room was tidy, the location was great, and the environment was calm (mid‑September). However, there was no staff at the front desk and no air conditioning. Communication happened over the phone, but I wished for clearer written instructions, especially about breakfast. Booking advertises a “good breakfast”, but the hotel itself doesn’t offer one; it’s available only at a nearby café, and it’s just a typical Italian breakfast.

Quartier calme situé à 15 mn à pied de la gare ferroviaire (arrêt de bus aéroport). A moins de 10 mn à pied du centre de la ville basse. Logement propre. RAS
