Greedy people overcharge and promise something they don’t deliver; I asked them to call me in the morning and they didn’t, and I asked them to bring the owner but they didn’t. Not being greedy in the holy city.

They should improve the breakfast with protein, orange juice, and milk; they inform earlier that there is no restaurant there as stated. As a hotel, what is stated online they should provide.

I was disappointed with the bed linens: they were dirty and covered in grease and stains, an experience I’ve never had before.

The place itself was fine and the windowless room felt cozy, but the check‑in was endless and I ran into about two thousand issues, including sheets stained with semen and fecal residue. I was furious and asked staff to look, they tried to convince me I was mistaken, then only swapped the bottom sheet while leaving the duvet cover that had touched the dirty sheet unchanged, and there was no option to get a new room or a fresh duvet cover. The replacement sheet was also greasy and stained, and the pillowcases were oily and dirty, so with only two and a half hours left I had to stuff a pillow with my shirt and try to rest, still feeling nervous three days later.

While I appreciated the hotel's location, which was close to the airport, my room was a letdown. The lack of windows made it feel dingy and damp, and many of the lights weren't working, plunging the room into darkness. The heating and air conditioning units were also non-functional, leaving me shivering in the cold. To top it off, the sheets were stained and unclean.
