The staff are amazing, especially a very kind lady who speaks French. It’s small, but extremely well organized – I recommend it.

Everything was spotless and quiet, and the onsen was wonderful.

The capsules are roomy, feel very private, bathrooms are clean with fancy toilets, there aren’t many pods per floor, the ninth‑floor public bath is tattoo‑friendly, and the mattress is plush compared to most capsule hotels. The location is between two subway stations, so it’s a bit of a hike with luggage to get there.

Good valued capsule style rooms with a lot of space inside, enough to even store your luggage inside. Comfortable bedding (ymmv) and very clean showers/bathroom/toilets. There was only two showers and toilets on my floor so can get busy at peak periods. New fresh towels every day. Free toothbrush and amenities available for use. 24hr 1st floor open lounge area to chill and relax with free drinks/miso soup. There is also a sento/public bath on the top floor
