A solid spot for a family trip, though the pool could use a deeper clean for the kids, and the coffee in the morning left something to be desired.

The staff and location are consistently excellent, yet the rugs are dirty and worn, and the hotel clearly needs a substantial renovation.
The central location is great, and although the building is old, it still has charm; however, it desperately needs refurbishment because it is very worn and tired.

The room was spacious for the price, yet there was no toothbrush, slippers, or face towel, the bath towel was old, thin and darkened, and I had to walk quite a distance up a steep hill just to reach the street.
