The spot’s in a safe neighborhood, close to supermarkets and top restaurants. It’s a bit far from Kyoto’s center, but that’s not a problem—you can walk around. The staff were very friendly, and they offer laundry and luggage storage if you need it. The only downside is the slight distance from downtown Kyoto, though that lets you experience a great local area.

The location is convenient, near the metro. The staff were very kind and cordial, always smiling and ready to help. There was nothing negative; the hotel met all my expectations.

比一般商務旅館大一些. 三天才整理房間，預訂時我並不知道

Nice and tidy facilities. The room was a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful, letting us check in early and storing our luggage while it was being delivered.
