The landscape and cleaning. The reception people don't have s map.of tourist places . More interested in getting commission. From.guides. they made us go to a night safari which was illegal. .they barely could manage a breakfast @745. When we went to leave early

The spot is convenient, but the staff were completely unprofessional, taking personal calls instead of attending to guests, and the manager showed no basic manners when speaking to a female guest. Housekeeping was set up right next to our room, so privacy was nonexistent with staff always around the door, and the food was pathetic. I paid a high rate, yet after just one night we moved to another hotel, Summer House, for the second night.
