“A good stay with bad service.”
It’s a good place, but the customer service is lacking and the food isn’t really good.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the facility had plenty of parking. Nothing else to note.

The colleagues were good, and the best, most hardworking and friendly was Miss Claudia, who delivered the best service. The service we received during our meals from Ms. Claudia was excellent; Mr. Simata was also good and interacted with guests well.

Everything about the place was fine, but the breakfast took a long time, although it was okay.
