The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the pool fine, and the shower nice. Breakfast food was good but chaotic, with flies everywhere. One staff member pushed me on the shoulder to get past while I was holding hot tea and I almost spilled it. There was nowhere to refill a water bottle except a very slow dispenser in the restaurant that may or may not be filled – I asked for some tra da (usually free in Vietnam), but they said I’d have to pay. I was paying 1.4 mil a night and couldn’t get free tra da. They have a nice stretch of beach, but only two poorly maintained sun loungers were available – if there’s a beach, why not make it easier to use? The air conditioner has a bright blue light that can’t be switched off when the cold air is running (most modern units allow you to turn off the display). The room offered a limited selection of tea and coffee. Overall, I thought it was quite poor value for what I paid.
“cảm thấy thoải mái”
The room was clean, the sea view and the pool were refreshing and quiet, but the hotel is far from the city center.
The bungalow was good, the breakfast buffet was decent and the beach was fine. The pool was small and only for children. Check‑in and check‑out took longer than usual because of the crowds and the small staff; when I checked out a man in a suit—apparently the manager—was busy chatting with other guests, so I had to wait and ask repeatedly before he told me the room was cleared. Other staff focused on the group. The resort should consider displaying a sign that it only accepts groups, not solo guests, to save everyone’s time. The attitude of the parking and luggage attendants also needs review. A major drawback was that when I asked to pay by card, the staff said the network was weak and suggested a bank transfer or cash, making me feel forced to use cash. The resort claims to save on bank fees, but it should aim for a more professional approach.
The place was very nice.
The staff were friendly, yet there were very few places to eat or coffee around.
