Delly provided extraordinary customer service and was eager to help in every way. The room offered a great ocean view and was peaceful. Chacho, the boat driver, was extremely rude and left several couples, including us, without a ride after a full day tour; he sent us to get a taxi boat elsewhere, showing pure laziness and rudeness.

The only upside was the sea view from the room’s terrace and a lovely staff member doing what they could, plus the food was passable. Booking this “hotel” was a big mistake—far from everything, stuck with no activities or attractions, terrible Wi‑Fi that kept dropping, a bland, characterless room with a sagging mattress, a meagre included breakfast and $15 add‑ons every five minutes, and the final dinner was served at 7 pm.

The surroundings were amazing, and the place was so quiet that it was perfect for rest. The staff were friendly, and our room faced the beach. However, they didn’t give clear information to guests; we almost missed a tour because they didn’t know how it worked and even suggested it. No one spoke Spanish except the boat crew. There were no sunshades or fans, so the heat was unbearable. The included breakfast was bad and full of flies.

The best part was the comfort; the location was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Delly. I can’t say enough about all the staff! The water taxi driver was surly and hard to understand, which made planning difficult and was the only way to see Stocking Island or get to Great Exuma.

The location was very good. The maintenance was terrible: the houseboat sofa was ripped, blinds were broken, restaurant chairs were patched, tables were broken, and other issues.
