Nothing positive to mention. The place has a very eerie vibe, especially at night; it feels like we’re the only guests, and the receptionist finishes work at 11 pm.
“한림 - 하이제주호텔 추천@@”
The room was spacious and clean, and the view was nice. I think having a kiosk check‑in facility would make the process a lot smoother.
I liked having three rooms, a living room, and two bathrooms; each room had plenty of air‑conditioners. However, there were a lot of hairs on the bed, making it hard to sleep, and the duvet had a strong odor that made it hot and uncomfortable. I slept with the summer duvet I brought. If the bedroom cleanliness were fixed, it would be great.
“There are better options - don’t come here”
The only bright spot was the sunset view from our 4th‑floor room. Everything else was a nightmare: the hotel is far from the beach and any restaurants unless you own a car or are willing to drive. The distances listed on the site differ from reality. The convenience store is always closed, and the swimming pool is also shut—though it’s advertised as seasonal, September shouldn’t be off‑season. Rooms are decent in size but never get cleaned; tiny towels are left at the door. The beds are uncomfortable, there are no chairs, and the kitchen has no plates. Nobody speaks English and they can’t even book a taxi properly, which almost caused us to miss our flight. Absolutely not recommended!
The apartment‑style hotel is very large and comfortable, and it’s close to everything by car. The mattress in the master bedroom really needed to be replaced—it was an old spring type that felt like a surfboard, but the other room had a comfortable bed.
