The staff were friendly, and the location was very good—close to the city center. The hotel’s wear and tear was obvious, both in public areas and rooms: the carpet was worn, the walls were peeling, the electrical outlets were oddly arranged, and the shower in the bathroom was cramped. The bathroom layout was very strange and impractical. Breakfast was average for the price. Overall, the price‑quality ratio was just okay, nothing outstanding.

The location was great, close enough to the center and transport. The beds were very spacious but too hard. The room was dark, the window was too small and faced the courtyard. The electric lighting was completely insufficient, making it impossible to read at any time of day or night. In the bathroom the sink is right next to the toilet, forcing awkward positions to reach it. The bathtub is fine for those who use it, but not for anyone who wants a shower because the floor is slippery.

The location is good, the staff friendly, everything very clean. Breakfast was okay. The bed is quite hard but surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom is very clean, a bit old‑fashioned. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The room was very dark, with a window facing the courtyard, but we were only there to sleep. The bar had almost nothing to offer, and we were told the hotel would soon close for a major overhaul, so some services were limited.
