The location and surroundings are fantastic. The room had no air conditioning, the fans were insufficient and noisy, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.

The room was nicely designed, the pool lovely, and pre‑stay communication good. Customer service lacked information or real help; we only found out after arrival that breakfast was available, yet we were never told there was a kitchen or breakfast option. The staff were unfriendly.
