The interior was larger than expected, and because it was the season it was empty, so I could relax without worry. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The whole property, including the rooms, had been renovated cleanly, making it feel like a different lodge from the old one. The toilet door knob in the room was loose, and I worried what would happen if my child couldn’t open it properly. It seemed the hotel mainly serves overseas guests, so there was a slight gap compared to a typical Japanese hotel.
