Casa El Viso

“good value”

The place was clean and inexpensive, but the entry code didn’t work at first, so I had trouble getting into my room.

Location; parking.

Only a latte capsule was offered, no black coffee option, which was disappointing.

The location was good, the room was clean, and the large bed sheet was nice. However, the entrance was awkward for everyone arriving, there was no TV, the shower drain and washing area were terrible and we couldn’t enjoy them, the mattress was awful and we woke up with back pain, there was no air conditioning or radiator, cables were everywhere, the paint was fresh but no window let the paint smell out, it was in a basement, and we felt ripped off for the price and services. We asked for a fair refund and you can visit the place to verify the claims. Thank you for your attention and I appreciate you acknowledging the poor service. Additionally, a girl entered the room without knocking, claiming she didn’t know it was occupied, then pressured someone to leave and asked my partner who she was with, which was annoying. Thank you for your attention.

“Fuimos al concierto de Montaner en el Movistar Arena y elegimos este sitio descansar una noche antes de volver conducien”

The easy and independent check‑in/out was the best, instant communication with the host, a garden with a table and chairs to relax and have a drink outside, the location was definitely great, and the air conditioning worked very well. Nothing was wrong, everything was great!
