The location, the kindness of all staff, the historic building, and the cleanliness are all superb—nothing to complain about. If I had to find a flaw as you requested, I would have liked the rooms to be a bit more spacious, even though I paid the extra fee for the larger room; they were still quite small.

The hotel is welcoming, clean, and close to the city center. The first night was in a very small room, but from the second day we were moved to a room that was far more comfortable.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There was no lift, but since we stayed on the 1st floor, the staff assisted us in carrying our heavy luggage up to our room.
