“Great value for money. A comfortable luxurious stay”
My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, thanks to the lovely staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was amazing, with a standout dish being the delicious beef pho. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a brilliant bathroom. However, I did find the door keys to be a bit annoying, as they emitted three loud beeps on entry, which could be heard from inside the room when other guests came in late at night.
I was thoroughly impressed by the reception staff, but unfortunately, our experience with the parking attendant was a disaster. They seemed to be at odds with the taxi drivers, which made it extremely difficult for us to get a ride back to the airport. It was a real shame.

The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, there's nothing to report in terms of negative experiences.
I had a pleasant stay, but unfortunately, the pool temperature was quite low, which made it hard to enjoy. The laundry service was also not very efficient, but the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Despite the issues, the hotel's staff made up for it with their excellent service.

Our room was comfortable and had a nice, old-world charm to it, complete with a peignoir and slippers. The breakfast was also delicious. However, we encountered a few issues, such as faulty electrical outlets, a slippery bathroom floor, and an enormous but somewhat eerie pool that was always empty. To make matters worse, we were woken up at 4 am by the housekeeping staff, who didn't stop until 7 am.
