I was disappointed with my stay. I had booked a room with a pool view, but the room I received had no view at all. The reservation didn't match what was promised, which was a big let‑down because that was a key reason I chose the room. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to honoring guests’ bookings.
Breakfast, location and pool were good. The parking area lacked security.

The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is close to the Al Mazar shopping center, a pharmacy right across from the hotel, and various small shops and restaurants. Taxis were always waiting outside. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and snack bar were real highlights. Thanks to the whole team for the warm welcome. Nothing to criticize – everything was perfect!
