The location was handy for visiting the sights, but the room was very basic, a bit dated, and there was a lot of noise around the hotel, especially on a Saturday night.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was decent and clean, with a comfortable bed, and for a two‑night business trip it was very good. The breakfast was simple but tasty. It’s a 10‑minute drive to Koelnmesse. However, on the ground floor the bathroom was tiny, the basin was very small, and there was limited space to put things. There was no hook behind the bathroom door, and the value for money was a bit high.

The location is very central and easily reachable by public transport and on foot. The beds were not freshly made, the towels still had the previous guest’s makeup on them, and the nightstand wasn’t even wiped because it still had sticky spots. I was really disgusted!
