Attention to detail such as: 1. Napkins in the room. 2. Non‑skid mat in the shower. 3. A shower that actually works. 4. Continuous instant hot water without having to turn the geyser. 5. Basic toiletries in the bathroom such as comb, toothbrush kit, room slippers, etc. 6. Fixed AC as soon as a problem was mentioned. 7. Arranged a visit to a tea plantation in the owners’ tea estate as soon as I requested it. 8. Super attentive and responsive staff. 9. Amazing food in the restaurant (the portions were super generous). 10. Very spacious and immaculately clean rooms. 11. One of the best hotel stays in India.
