The staff were polite, but the room was not cleaned, everywhere a thick layer of dust, the toilet lid was dirty, it felt like no one had cleaned there for a long time. The bedding was not fresh, dusty, and the worst part was cat feces under the bed. Everyone’s noses were itchy, my daughter, an allergy sufferer, had to take tablets. In short, we barely made it to the morning. We wanted to sleep after the road trip, but it didn’t happen.

I arrived at 23:00 without a prior booking, yet the staff still managed to accommodate us promptly; the bed was super comfortable and we slept very well. The only downside was that the bathroom seemed a bit lacking in hygiene.

The location was good, but the check‑in took a long time and the staff couldn't sort out my reservation.

The owner was very friendly, but we were told we would receive two rooms with double beds, while we actually got one room with a double bed and another with two single beds. The biggest issue was the lack of heating – the rooms were not heated at all. The location was also poor, right on the main street opposite a club where loud music could be heard.

I can't fathom the negative review – Mariana is the best host I've ever met, her hospitality is amazing, the breakfast and lunch (her Khinkali are insanely delicious) are great, the Wi‑Fi works, the bed is comfortable, and a private bathroom at this price is absolutely incredible. Is it worth it? Absolutely yes! I recommend the hotel and especially Mariana to everyone. Enjoy it :) Thank you, didi maldoba Mariana. Nothing was lacking; everything was absolutely amazing.
