The location is excellent, right by the promenade with a lot of cafés and shops, the bedding is clean, the mattress is great—firm as I like it—and toiletries were delivered daily. However, there is a sewage and damp smell.

The location is good, close to the sea and shopping areas, quiet, with a tram stop nearby, and the room was cleaned daily. The tiles in the room were falling off, which made me feel guilty. In short, the tiles were weak, just glued in place.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping that swapped out towels and stocked hygiene items; there were three types of towels—bath, face, and foot—plus brand‑new, pristine sheets that were changed once every three days. The location was great: across the street from the sea, a short walk to the “Fenix” mall, and two shopping centers nearby. Local food was adapted, and fast‑food spots like McDonald’s and KFC were within walking distance, as was a fruit market—all on the same street. The young staff at reception were always ready to help if asked. A small fridge in the room would have made it even better.

Everything was great, so we came back and extended our stay right here after trying the neighboring hotels.

Towels were changed daily and the staff were quick to tidy or swap sheets. The lack of a fridge meant we had to eat the fruit before it spoiled.
