The hotel is close to the Save Mart Center across the street, yet only two pillows were provided and there was no shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, or iron.

At least the place was clean, but a strong nicotine smell made it feel like breathing into a smoker’s jacket; the bathroom vents were full of smoke even though I was in a non‑smoking room, and the neighbors next door were having an aggressive breakup until 4 am and had to call the front office.
