I arrived in Hanoi during a heavy rain spell, and I was lucky to book a room here where the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me. The room was clean, fully equipped, and if you want to cook, the kitchen is a decent option. I’ll come back on my next business trip.

The location is great, close to the metro, and the staff were very responsive, answering every request. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay—kitchenware, stove, sink. I had expected a full balcony, but it turned out to be a French balcony, which still didn’t hinder the relaxation.
