“Une rencontre humaine qui a transformé un séjour difficile en un merveilleux souvenir !”
After a grueling day stuck in Sicily because of Etna and a night on the airport floor, we finally reached Rome exhausted. The woman who welcomed us—unfortunately I still don’t know her name—was simply extraordinary, greeting us with a huge smile, genuine kindness, and a rare warmth. She let us check into our room much earlier than scheduled so we could finally settle, shower, and regain our composure. And as if that weren’t enough, a small coffee awaited us, offered with such generosity that it tasted extra special that morning. Yes, Le Suite di Borgo isn’t a palace, and there are a few minor details that could be improved, but perfection is never the goal, and that’s part of its charm. What mattered most was the human experience, which was flawless from that perspective. Great value, superb location, and especially a rare, heartfelt welcome—exactly what we needed, and it did us a world of good. Thank you for the warm reception, the smile, and the kindness. We’ll remember our stay fondly and will gladly return. And for anyone chasing the perfect detail: Rome’s palaces are plentiful. 😉
Honestly? Everything was perfect for us!
