The location is excellent, all staff are polite and friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable, breakfast is very good and varied. Next time I’d like a room with a view.

All staff (cleaning, kitchen, reception) were extremely courteous, welcoming, and attentive every day of our stay. Breakfast was plentiful, with omelets made on the spot. There’s a coffee machine at reception available at all times. The shower is powerful at the right temperature (rare for a hotel) and the bathtub works well with good temperature control. It’s practically inside the Capivari village, great for walking out at night without worrying about parking or driving. On rainy days the corridor in front of the hotel gets crowded and can leave a slight odor in rooms facing it, but that didn’t ruin the stay.

The spot is amazing. The lodge is superb, super comfy, pretty and spotless. I liked everything.

The staff were helpful, cheerful and very polite. They did everything to arrange the pre‑test breakfast. Nothing else.
