The room was dirty and nothing looked like the photos on Booking; it didn't match the pictures or the promised stay.

We booked a double bed room but were told the reservation operator messed it up, so we got a lousy room with twin beds that were also bad. It was a real disappointment, and they offered no discount for the mistake. I won't return or recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was healthy. The room lacked a minibar, had no drinking water, and the TV had no remote and was hard to adjust.

The shower was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. They could be better prepared for pilgrims, offering laundry support and earlier breakfast. Otherwise the location is great!
