“The Greatest Hotel”
The team was great, Nagay was amazing along with everyone else, the food was high quality and the hotel spotless, we literally felt like royalty, nothing to add, 10/10.
We had a really nice and enjoyable holiday at Jaz Makadi Star Spa with my family. To be honest, we had read some good reviews about the hotel before coming, but we still tried not to have too many expectations. Once we arrived, though, we realized from the very first day that we had made the right choice. From the moment we checked in, we really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone was always willing to help and made us feel comfortable. I especially want to say a big thank you to Assistant Manager Mina. Her kindness, friendly attitude, and willingness to help throughout our stay really meant a lot to us. Whenever we needed something or had a question, she was always there to help and find a solution. Having someone so caring and welcoming really makes you feel like a special guest. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The daily cleaning, fresh towels, and overall condition of the room were more than enough for us. We didn’t have any problems with our room during our stay. We were also very happy with the food in general. There were different options every day, and we especially enjoyed the variety at dinner. I also want to give a special thank you to Chef Khalid. You could really notice the care that went into the food and the kitchen. We especially enjoyed some of the dishes, and honestly, we still remember the taste of them. Thank you to him and the whole kitchen team for all their hard work. A special thank you to our waiter Gamal as well. He was always friendly and attentive, and his service made our meals even more enjoyable. The spa was also one of the nicest parts of our holiday. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. We used the spa services a few times and were happy every time. It was a great way to relax and get rid of the tiredness from the holiday. We also really liked that the hotel was generally quiet and peaceful
A fantastic hotel with a great pool, friendly hosts, spacious and clean rooms, and plenty of activities right inside the property! The dining room was suffocatingly hot, making meals almost unendurable, which is a shame for an all‑inclusive.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at JAZ Makadi Spa! The entire resort was wonderful, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the suite was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Mina, who was exceptionally helpful and made our experience even more special. I would also like to give a huge thank you to the gentleman who cleaned our room. He was extremely kind, attentive, and cooperative, and his efforts truly made a difference. Honestly, I don’t think I will ever spend a honeymoon as beautiful as this one again. These were the best five days of our lives, both for me and my wife. We will always remember this beautiful experience and the wonderful memories we made at JAZ Makadi Spa. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so magical and unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️. لا شي
We spent a wonderful time at this hotel. Every staff member was attentive. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the spa was top quality! Direct beach access was a huge plus, with a nearby coral reef and dozens of beautiful fish to watch! Thanks to Mina and the whole team for this great stay!
