I'm really disappointed with this place - they're still advertising it as available even though it's been closed since September 2025. I paid the full amount upfront, which makes it even more frustrating. The worst part is that I had to scramble to find another venue in East London on New Year's Eve, and the one I found was ridiculously expensive. It was a really stressful and costly experience.

I was a bit surprised to find out that the property is currently closed. It's a shame, because it looked like a great place to stay. Unfortunately, it's not operational, so I couldn't even get a glimpse of the interior.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this hotel is closed down. I mean, I've seen some places shut down before, but this one was actually pretty nice - or at least, I'm told it was. Apparently, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, but I never got to experience it for myself since the place was already closed when I arrived. Now I'm just stuck waiting for a refund, which is frustrating since I was really looking forward to staying here.

I'm still grinning from ear to ear after my fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was amazing. The location was also perfect - right in the heart of the action. My only tiny complaint is that the views from the room were a bit of a letdown - you're basically stuck looking at the wall from the bed, which was a bit of a bummer.

I was really looking forward to staying at this place, but things didn't go as planned. The host cancelled my booking without warning and didn't bother to refund me, which was pretty frustrating. To make matters worse, I sent them multiple emails asking for an explanation, but they completely ignored me. It's a shame because the location seemed nice, but the lack of communication and refund really put a damper on things.
