The hotel's proximity to the ferry was one of its best features, making it incredibly convenient for me. I was able to easily get to and from the ferry, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.

The hotel's proximity to the ferry to Phu Quoc was a major plus, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the other issues I encountered. The room wasn't clean, the mattress was as hard as a door, and to make matters worse, we were charged extra for paying with a card, which was added to the room price. Overall, I didn't think the price was justified for the quality we received.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made a great effort to make sure I felt at home during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, one of the staff members was extremely friendly and welcoming. However, my room was small and lacked a balcony, and I was disappointed to find that there was no restaurant on site. The breakfast offering was also somewhat underwhelming, and I struggled to communicate with the staff as none of them spoke any English. The location was another major drawback, with a large construction project right next door and no access to the sea.
