The location was convenient, but Vale parking breakfast cost $15 for watery scrambled eggs, thin bacon, and waffles. The coffee was excellent, though it felt similar to what you get at a sleep‑inn.

I was in the downtown area near the bar and a bunch of food spots, which was great. The only downside was finding a parking spot.

The place was surprisingly quiet, and the mattress and sheets were amazing—never felt that rested before! Everything was spotless, and the bar area was nice with a friendly bartender. However, there was no microwave in the room, and the AC wouldn’t go below 75°F, so it felt very warm inside that room (703). Also, at the bar you couldn’t pay with a card and had to be charged to your room, which was odd.

The front desk staff did a great job, making check‑in and check‑out easy and giving helpful local restaurant tips outside the property. The only downside was the breakfast option, which wasn’t great, and the lack of a full‑service restaurant is one of the only negatives about the property.

We loved how close the location was to the Paycom center. The place was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the bed was cozy with a comfortable room temperature. I did not like that they didn’t have more food or snack options at the hotel for late night after a concert; a vending machine or bar food available late would have been helpful. What was available was limited and very expensive—2 bottles of water and 2 pops cost $30, insane!
