Breakfast, room, and bathroom were quite good. The staff were unfriendly. We felt they didn’t want to help. They kept a closed‑face attitude from the moment we arrived. They wouldn’t let us use the bathroom outside the room after check‑out, but we reached an agreement and paid R$ 40 to shower. They also didn’t provide face towels or soap, but that didn’t bother us because we had brought our own.

The staff and location were fine. I made a reservation through the platform, and when I arrived at the lodge early in the morning, the room was in poor hygienic and maintenance condition. The TV didn’t work, the room smelled bad, and both the sheets and towels were stained. The employee moved us to another room, but the problems persisted. The towels stayed stained and extremely rough, and the sheets were also stained. We managed to swap the towels, but when we opened the bathroom we found the toilet wet, as if there was a leak or something. Because it was already very late and we couldn’t find another place to stay at that hour, we had to stay on the premises. I consider the conditions found far below the hygiene, comfort, and quality standard expected from a booking made through the platform.

The location was close to the beach. The double bed mattress was very uncomfortable (hard).

The place is right where you want to be and the rooms were spotless, which I appreciated. Unfortunately the mattress was pretty saggy and made it hard to get a decent night’s sleep. Overall, the location and cleanliness win me over, but the bed needs an upgrade.

Staff were friendly and quick to help, which made the stay pleasant. The inn sits in a handy spot, close to the main attractions, so getting around was easy. I didn’t run into any real issues, just a solid, well‑located place.
