Everything. There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like. It was truly a magical experience, not just the accommodation. We felt at home. The tours were great and the nature around the homestay is just breathtaking. Their food was delicious and freshly made every time. The rooms were clean as well as the bathroom.

The place is in a good spot and the staff are friendly, but the tours they offer feel oddly overpriced compared to what you actually get.

The location and the staff’s attentiveness were great; they welcomed us, guided us superbly, and made us feel very welcomed and accompanied. They showed us the area and the traditional aspects of Tetebatu.

Feeling immersed in the real local life was fantastic. The food was amazing and the people wonderful. The cabins were a delight. Special shout‑out to Atun, our host, and to Nash and Emi, who guided us around the area.

The hosts were the most incredible, truly wonderful people. They organize daily events to be amazing and fun! Tetebatu is absolutely beautiful and the best way to see it is with locals! Perfect for families with young children. The 4.45 am call to prayer woke us up—bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine! Still the best experience!
