I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleased with the cleanliness of my room. However, I encountered a couple of issues that prevented me from having a completely smooth experience. The lack of internet access was a significant inconvenience, and I also found it difficult to communicate with the hotel staff as there was no intercom system to call for assistance.
