The price matched the quality perfectly, and the spot was spot‑on with a tram stop just below the building. The room’s AC worked well, though it was on the smaller side and quite plain; the cleanliness was decent enough. The bathroom wasn’t the prettiest or most comfortable, and the single window had no curtains at all. The old brick building had no elevator, the common areas weren’t the cleanest, and there was no front desk in operation.

There was no breakfast, but the tiny kitchenette impressed me (I love homes with soul). The spot was great and the staff were friendly. I was a bit hoping for breakfast, and with the ongoing renovation maybe a larger shower would help, as the current one is quite cramped and could be a problem for bigger guests.

The location was fantastic, but the cleaning fell short—mid‑day housekeeping left the room with loose curtains, spider webs on dirty windows, and dust clinging to the frame of a picture, which was definitely not acceptable.

The staff were very pleasant and check‑in went smoothly. The location was good, and the room met my expectations.
