The location is stunningly green, and the insect screens in the room are the unsung heroes – they keep the natural world where it belongs: outside. However, the building's age is starting to show, particularly in the bathroom, which has seen better days. The pool also looks less inviting in person than in the photos.

However, I did experience a late check-out issue, where the housekeeper arrived to open my room without knocking, even though I had informed the front desk in advance. I understand that mistakes can happen, but a gentle knock would have been appreciated.
