Nothing much to say positively; the property was not informed about the booking, so I had to wait more than an hour before it was sorted.

The location was good and there was ample parking. Rooms were spacious and the staff were courteous. However, the first room I stayed in, 404, had a leaking AC and leaking walls, so we were moved to a better room. The hotel is very old and needs renovation to upgrade all bathroom fittings, reception areas, etc. The towels were not new and need replacement. Breakfast had few options, mainly due to the ongoing gas issue, and the selection and taste should be improved.

The hotel's central location was a major draw for me, as it allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area and access various attractions. However, I was frustrated by the lack of transparency regarding the hotel's services and amenities, particularly the WiFi password, which could have been easily provided at the reception. This oversight made me feel like an inconvenience to the staff, and I had to repeatedly ask for assistance.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise, with my room being conveniently located near the tiffin centre. The breakfast spread was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the chicken with vegetables, which was truly exceptional. However, when I asked about the hotel's services, I was met with a confusing response, which left me wondering what exactly the hotel had to offer. Despite this, the hotel's breakfast and location made for a memorable stay.
