“Bien mais peut mieux faire”
The view, décor, cleanliness and location are all great. The access is difficult – many stairs to reach the rooms, which is tough if you have back problems like me. The breakfast is long with few options, the coffee is not always very good, and the room lacks comfort: two chairs in front of a window, no balcony for the high price.

The facilities are extremely good in a great location. My favourite spot was in the pool overlooking the Adriatic.
“Designperle”
The property is very well situated and tastefully decorated. The pool area is quiet and well equipped. Breakfast is taken by the pool. You can see that a lot of effort went into the furnishings. The hotel also has a beach that requires an extra fee (30/50 € for two loungers with umbrella, depending on the season). We were taken to and from the beach by the hotel’s own golf‑car/buggy. The staff is very attentive and well trained. Dinner at the on‑site restaurant was also fabulous. The room was cleaned during breakfast and the cleanliness was almost unbeatable. Breakfast is not buffet‑style but served (which I generally find very pleasant) and you can choose a cold drink, a hot drink, a sweet dish and a savory dish the night before. Everything else must be ordered for an extra fee. I find this especially petty with the coffee. My partner could have eaten more, but I thought the portions were sufficient. The bathroom was quite dark when the blinds were closed and a full‑body mirror would have been desirable. On Monday evening no one could pick us up from the beach (probably because the restaurant was closed) and we had to take a train that was completely full back to the hotel.

The location is magnificent, the pool offers a breathtaking view of the sea and Cattolica, the spaces are tastefully furnished, the staff is truly exquisite, I visited many places I think are among the best visited, an incredible experience, the food at the attached restaurant is amazing. I really have nothing to criticize – perfection.
