The spot was spot on, and there was nothing to complain about.
The room sits right in the heart of Dartmouth, with restaurants, pubs and the harbour just outside. Getting around is a breeze. Dartmouth is a very old town, and this room has original single‑glazed sash windows, so bring earplugs to block out the noise from the pedestrianised street.

The room was decent, the bed was super comfy, and the place was in a great spot. They left biscuits for us and had a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, and power milk so you could brew a hot drink. The toilet and shower were functional but could use a little TLC. The price was fair, so we didn’t expect 5‑star luxury. The toilet seat was wobbly and the shower took a long time to heat up, and the tray was slightly damaged and slippery, so a slip mat would have helped.
The location is great. The shower needs an upgrade and the towels are quite small and thin.
