Fantastic location, with everything in Bar Harbor easily accessible. The on-site parking was a real bonus, and we loved being able to relax in the bar in the evenings after a day exploring. These were definitely the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, we felt the rooms were not particularly well thought out in terms of layout and design, and they didn’t quite live up to the level of luxury we expected given the price we paid. We were also disappointed to see noticeable stains on the carpet, particularly as the hotel is only around two years old. Overall, we expected a little more in terms of finish and attention to detail for a relatively new hotel at this price point
