We were welcomed by very friendly staff and the location is extremely central in Bukit Bintang, great if you travel by metro, and the price is low for such a prime spot. Yet the cleanliness was not up to hotel standard – we saw a blood stain on the bedsheets and bugs everywhere on the ceiling – and the room was way more cramped than expected, barely enough space to open our suitcase. Even though it’s central, traffic jams are a real problem if you want to use Grab.
