The parking was bad, the toilet smelled, I had to keep the window open all the time, and the internet didn’t work.

The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was excellent—prepared with care and accompanied by attentive, friendly service that instantly lifted my mood. The reception staff also did a superb job; many thanks. Everything else was fine.

Online check‑in worked well and the location was great, but the mattress and pillow were uncomfortable.

The reception staff were always helpful and friendly, yet the rooms—especially the bathroom—were in a somewhat old, renovation‑needed state: stained and with ceramic wear, an older shower with rusty, calcified rubber seals.
