The location was great, the parking was convenient, and the house was spacious. The retro decor felt a bit too old; with more care it could become a great spot. We felt a little chilly right away and the bathroom was uncomfortable.

The proximity to a train station (3 min by car & 15 min on foot) lets you reach Rome in 20 min, the view and setting are superb, and the house is spacious and comfortable.

The terrace had hammocks, a very friendly dog, fans and air‑conditioning were available, and the train station was within walking distance.
